International deliveries are available, to all countries except for Åland Islands, Cambodia, Nigeria, and the following Arab countries (Bahrain, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates).
Please note, that we are unable to ship international packages weighing more than 1kg with Royal Mail. The exception are the following countries:

Order Processing:
- Processing Time: Your order will undergo processing for 2-4 working days before being shipped.
- Shipping Notification: Once your items have been shipped, you will receive an email notification within 24 hours. This email will include a tracking number that corresponds to the email address provided during purchase.
Shipping Times:
- Within the UK: Shipping within the UK usually takes between 2-5 working days.
- International Orders: For orders made outside the UK, shipping can take 10-15 working days. Please be aware that international parcels may require additional processing time.
Lost or Damaged Items:
The House Of Aysha is not liable for any lost or damaged items during the shipping process. If your tracking information indicates delivery, but you have not received your parcel, or if the tracking number is untraceable, The House Of Aysha cannot be held responsible. Any issues related to lost or damaged items must be resolved directly with the delivery courier.
Shipping Schedule:
Please note that we do not process or ship items on Sundays and bank holidays. Orders placed on these days will be processed on the following business day.

Import Fees and Taxes:
TheHouseOfAysha is not responsible for any additional fees or taxes imposed by your local government during the importation of goods.
Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds:
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. All sales are final. Please consider your purchases carefully before completing your order. For more information please see our Refund Policy.
Handmade Variation:
Each cream is meticulously handmade, resulting in slight variations between products. Although these differences are minimal, it's important to note that slight variations may exist.
